Myrah Brown Green
Myrah is an art historian, fiber/surface designer, and professional quilt artist. Her quilts are part of many private collections including the Smithsonian’s Anacostia Museum in Washington, D.C. Myrah holds a PhD in Art History focusing on The Presence of African Symbols in Modern Art. Currently, she holds the title of Distinguished Lecturer of Art and Advisor to the Dean of Arts and Humanities at City College of New York.
