Gwen Marston is a professional quilt maker, author, and teacher. She has taught quilting around the world for more than 25 years. She has been a regular columnist in a national quilting magazine for more than a decade. A prolific and respected author, Gwen has written more than 18 books on quilting and was awarded the 2005 Michigan Notable Books award for her tome, Mary Schafer: American Quilt Maker. Her quilts have been shown in many exhibits worldwide. She has had 23 solo exhibits of her work and was honored to have a selection of her quilts exhibited by seven museums.
